Job Requirements

Looking for four years of progressively responsible practice management applications experience and supervision of a team, preferably in a clinical setting, in a position requiring full technical knowledge of systems analysis, operations, customer service/helpdesk and project management skills. Minimum 2-4 years EDI experience preferred. Interface, Unix and network administration experience also preferred.

Requires excellent communication skills with experience with interface and application management. Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills: o Advanced knowledge of software design and development processes. o Effective communication skills, focusing on presentation of technical information. o Strong programming knowledge of Java & SQL required. o Knowledge of SQL server, database design, and performance tuning preferred. o Must be willing to work in both Java and C# and develop skills in either as needed. o Proficiency in web application development technologies such as Javascript and HTML is preferred. o Proficiency in .NET Languages (C#, AspX) is a strong plus. o Demonstrated knowledge of software tools, documentation processes, and development processes. o Ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. o Broad knowledge of QA processes. o Broad knowledge of requirements gathering. o Awareness of business issues and their impact on product development. o Ability to exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining solutions. o Project leadership experience preferred.
