Job Description
We’re looking for talented and energetic inside sales professionals to reach out to these businesses and offer them “enhanced listings” web pages with photos, links, and better placement in search results.Directory Membership Advisers will sell online directory listings into BullShitWebsites.com Directory Network. Membership Advisers will be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close and account management/retention within assigned territories/categories. This is primarily “inside sales,” no out-of-office appointments, although Membership Advisers may be required to travel occasionally to trade shows nationally.

Senior Manager/Director of Online Marketing
Job description
BullShitWebsites.com is seeking a superstar online marketer to grow our subscriber base and engage regularly with family caregivers. You should be immersed in best practices for e-mail marketing and conversion and excited to create a first-class e-mail marketing program. The goals for this program are to build relationships with family caregivers, drive traffic back to BullShitWebsites.com, and deliver leads/revenue for select offers. You’ll need to think creatively to build the program and also roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
Responsibilities
· Grow subscriber base substantially by improving onsite conversion; testing programs such as co registration, list rental, and affiliate marketing; and expanding ROI-positive programs.
· Determine systems required to effectively manage customer relationships and provide direction on data warehouse needs.
· Evaluate data to drive e-mail marketing insights and strategies.
· Develop and test creative. Be able to write clear, compelling e-mail copy and creative briefs. Partner with internal design and engineering resources.
· Engage in Agile development process to help implement changes to conversion flows, production of e-mail templates and systems for conversion marketing activities.
· Test and analyze constantly to improve e-mail delivery, open rates, click rates, and conversion while minimizing unsubscribe rate.
· Create and share weekly and monthly dashboards.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree from a top college or university
