Job Title: Cloud Seeding Engineer
Reports to: Director of Customer Operations
Job Summary

We are looking for a Cloud Seeding Engineer to handle onboarding our customers data (sent in via hard drives) to the Doyenz Shadowcloud . This is great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the technology sector at a company on the cutting edge of cloud computing and virtualization.
Doyenz has built a reputation for providing industry leading service and support for our Partners and we are looking for team members to help us maintain and enhance this standard.
Job Responsibilities
• Receive & Return Disks shipments
• Process inbound disks
• Transport disks to our Data Center and import the data.
• Help customers with post import setup.
• Communicate with customers at every step of the process.
Job Requirements
• An bachelor’s degree in a computing discipline
• Experience with Windows Operating Systems
• Experience working with computer hardware
• Ability to pick up new skills and processes quickly
• Organized, logical and methodical
• Good time management skills
Additional Requirements
• Must have valid driving license.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 30lbs
