Web Developer - LAMP (Linux , Apache, MySql, PHP 5 (MVC)) Stack (Fremont)
SeattleRentals.com is looking to add a web developer to our team. This position can be full time or part time contract work.
You will be responsible for maintaining legacy code and developing new projects and features to our existing products.
Some of the roles you will play will be to design and develop new features and projects, fix bugs and address maintenance requests.
You will be part of a cohesive team that works on multiple projects / features at once that will be integrated into our line of products, while working closely with the design team to ensure there is a seamless integration process from design to implementation.
Technical Skills
• Intermediate to Advanced JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, Sammy.js
• Advanced PHP 4/5 OOP, MVC
• Intermediate XHTML/CSS, DHTML, XML
• MySql, SQL, Store Procedures(Code your own SQL)
• Linux (Red Hat), Sys Admin knowledge(nice to have)
• Git Version Control
• Photoshop, GIMP, Image Editing
Employment Skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Ability to follow instructions well and work productively without supervision.
• Quick learner
Some of our projects include:
- AJAX management application that organizes and stores customers data into a presentable manner.
- An embeddable Client (JS Widgets) / Server (LAMP API)
- Manage / administer our collection of websites
