The Web Developerfs job is to expand and improve our existing web products on every tier, from database to markup. We are looking for an inventor-at-heart with a passion for technology. Must have the ability and interest to solve technical problems with the latest standards-based programming methods and languages.

This position would be best filled by someone with at least 3 years of professional experience building and maintaining consumer facing web applications.

Requirements
œ Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms)

œ Proven competency with Python and at least one full stack Python web framework (pylons, django, Zope, web2py, etc).

œ Hands on experience with modern web ui technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Canvas

œ Comfort working with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server etc).

œ Full life-cycle involvement in consumer facing web applications.

Nice to Have
œ BS/MS in Computer Science related field

œ Any experience with iOS or Android mobile development would be a huge plus

œ No-SQL databases: (MongoDB, CouchDB, Redis, Riak, Cassandra, etc)

œ Amazon Web Services

œ Experience developing games

œ jQuery or equivalent javascript framework

œ Flash / Actionscript would be great too
