Network System Engineer (Seattle/Eastside)

We are looking for a versatile systems engineer that is not only technically competent but is also capable of playing a Sales Engineer role with our healthcare customers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Service Area: Pacific NW
You must have a current working knowledge and direct experience managing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in a medical practice system on one or more of the following products: NextGen, Allscripts, Greenway, e-MDs, eClinicalWorks, Sage, Centricity.
You must have a solid working knowledge of all Windows OS's and network technologies (VPN's, Firewalls, Wireless, etc); certifications are nice but not required. Data center, NOC experience is nice to have but not required. N-Able monitoring application experience preferred.
You will provide direct sales engineering support and system analysis support to our IT services team and new customers. When our NOC is not able to resolve a ticket remotely, you will consult, troubleshoot and repair hardware / software at client sites within your specified service area. You will maintain network infrastructure, resolve client system issues, recommend and implement solutions.
