We are looking for a senior software developer (SDE) with an obsession for the customer experience to assume a leadership role. You will improve the ad creatives and interactions along with relevance through defining how we can measure customer perception of our ads, and automating the gathering and processing of metrics. Areas of measurement could include latency, customer feedback, adherence to policies, clicks, interactions.
This is a high visibility position where you will partner across Sales, Design, Engineering, Product and QA to define the roadmap for the team, and drive improvements.
As a senior team member, you will get the opportunity to own major deliverables through all aspects of the development cycle: scoping, design, implementation, testing. You will propose the ideal designs based on business objectives, time lines, customer experience and resource constraints.

* 5+ years industry experience * Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals including: data structures, algorithms, OO design and patterns * Track record of simplifying, operational excellence and a focus on metrics and automation * HTML, JavaScript, Java or C++, SQL experience * Sharp analytical abilities, proven design skills, excellent communication skills * Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field * Master’s degree in Computer Science * Experience using Amazon Web Services desirable * HTML5 experience is nice to haveIf interested, please apply online at http://track.tmpservice.com/ApplyClick.aspx?id=1089364-1812-7995
