Physical Therapy Aide / Patient Care Coordinator Position(s) (Edmonds, WA)

PT Aide needed in a Physical Therapy clinic in Edmonds. This permanent part time position will be for approx. 20+ hrs/wk (up to ~30). All applicants must be reliable, friendly and available to work a set schedule. PT Aides work directly with patients. This position requires good name recollection skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy, team oriented environment while receiving direction from therapists, managers, co-workers and patients. Excellent customer service skills, composure and confidentiality are a must. Prior medical experience is a plus, but is not necessary; you will receive specific on the job training. Active and diverse PT Aide duties include: greeting patients at Reception, notifying therapist of patient arrival, monitoring patient warm-up exercises, performing therapeutic modalities, turn-over of treatment rooms, clinic laundry, room re-stocking, payment collection, scheduling, and filing/faxing/photocopying. All employees are cross-trained to help in all clinic functions.
