NexTec Group - Seattle is searching for an Application / Technical ERP Helpdesk Consultant.
NexTec Groups helpdesk provides installation, implementation, training and technical support, as well as custom development and report writing services to companies in the fast growth, middle and mid-enterprise markets.
Interested candidates should have recent experience as an application / technical or support consultant with experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or other ERP accounting software.
Salary plus bonus and outstanding benefits.
NexTec Group is one of the leading providers of Business Application Software Solutions in the Windows/SQL Server environment. NexTec has offices in Los Angeles, Cleveland, Houston, New York and the Pacific Northwest areas.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
The successful candidate would possess the following technical skills:
• A minimum 2 years recent experience using MSSQL and Query Analyzer for managing databases and querying data.
• A minimum 1 year technical support experience with Dynamics GP (Great Plains), or Dynamics SL in a consulting or heavy end user capacity.
• Previous customer support experience required
• Windows software and network support and troubleshooting experience
• Basic Crystal Reports Experience a plus.
• Basic FRx report writer experience a plus.
OTHER BENEFICIAL BUT NOT REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Experience with other similar ERP solutions
• Accounting background or education
• Experience with data conversion tools
