It is an exciting time for Full Circle, while spring farm plantings take root so does the dawn of the next generation of technology driving Full Circle's Farm-to-Table service. Full Circle’s emerging technology platform combines a new web interface; the ERP, CRM and Sales Force Automation of NetSuite; with a custom built system to manage our relatively small but quite complex system of order generation, order customization, and the logistics of delivering 10,000 unique orders of perishable product in three states each week.
Position Description
Full Circle is seeking a versatile candidate equally comfortable addressing functional requirements with business stakeholders, as well as technical implementation with development teams. This is a cross-functional role, requiring an effective team player with a knack for bridging the gap between the business and technical worlds. You will be a key driver in the delivery of a new Integrated Platform, from platform product definition through specification, coding, quality assurance, launch and ongoing upgrades. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks, budget and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management and an ability to deal with a large number of moving parts is essential.
Qualified candidates will have the following essential skills & experience:
• Defining and managing complex projects
• Collecting, documenting and ratifying requirements with affected parties
• Writing detailed functional and test specifications
• Coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features sets; as well as analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection and communicating results throughout the organization
• Detail oriented, but able to take a macro, cross-company perspective to understand how changes may affect other groups
• 7-10+ years of relevant work experience in internet-related project and/or technical product management in a software applications environment
• An undergraduate degree in software-product management, computer science, or equivalent experience required
Experience with the following is preferred:
• CRM/ERP, particularly Netsuite
• The produce industry
• Web product development lifecycle and Agile project management
• Build processes, release schedules
• Some working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Creating wireframes; basic abilities with Graphics packages such as Photoshop
• Effective with diagramming packages such as Visio
This is a regular, full-time exempt position. This position will work primarily out the Full Circle Corporate Office in SODO.
