Custom Control Concepts, Inc. designs, engineers, and manufactures state-of-the-art, “pure digital” Cabin Management & In-flight Entertainment Systems for the corporate, private and VIP aircraft industry.
We are currently looking for a Field Support Technician who will be responsible for investigating and troubleshooting technical problems with our IFE / CMS equipment on aircraft. Applicants must have good communication skills for working with customers via email, phone, and on-site. This individual will work closely with completion centers to assist in resolving integration difficulties as well as post-delivery with aircraft engineers and end customers to troubleshoot issues on the aircraft. The Field Support Technician will analyze, review and inspect findings to determine the source of a problem and either perform the required updates, suggest corrective actions, or direct the issue to the appropriate personnel to resolve the issue. Applicants should also have good PC skills working with Windows operating systems and Ethernet networking.
This position requires travel, both domestic and international, so a valid U.S. passport will be required.
