Internet sales geeks needed (Bellevue)
\"Timothy Solomon\"
There are two types of people that will respond to this ad:
1. COLD CALL SALES GUYS THAT MAY HAVE WORKED IN THE SEO INDUSTRY AND OR HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING ON THE NET.
2. INTERNET GEEKS THAT CAN SEND OUT ABOUT 3000 EMAILS A DAY AND BEAT A SPAM FILTER
If your one of the two above, or If you’re into sales and or internet marketing, or if you have worked for directories cold calling like DEX or worked in sales on the internet than this AD is for you.
Please take the time to read this over.
This is nothing more than an honest attempt by an internet entrepreneur to find maybe three or four people to help me expand my one man operation.
I need some help.
This position is NEW.
That means it\'s never existed before and what I need you to help me do is to help me sell a ONE OF A KIND product. There are NO duplicates. It\'s impossible.
In March of 2000 I started an internet advertising firm out of my bedroom in Kirkland, Washington. I was looking to make some money on the internet and when the large .com I was working for went out of business with the internet crash, I was left without a job. The company owed me almost 130K in commissions and after a lot of threatening they gave me about 25,000 products that they owned. The owner just wanted to be done with me, and I agreed to let him out of what he owed me in exchange for these products.
I took what they were doing, tweaked it a little, and started out on my own with $2100.00 dollars.
By December of that year I made almost $234,909.00 in total income with little overhead selling a much needed product to online businesses. I was careful how I sold them because each product is \"one of a kind\".
By October of 2005, I was making almost $700K a year take home.
I will gladly show you my income tax returns to prove it. Just email me and ask.
I can sell each one of my products from $2500.00 to 150K each to online businesses that in turn reap huge benefits from this product, mainly getting in the top three spots on Google.
The product is easy to sell, and one of a kind. I have no competition because I own all of the best products and there is NO way to get any more of this particular product.
I am talking about domain names.
I own about 22000 domain names that were purchased way back in 1992-1993. They are worth millions of dollars and the reason they are worth so much is because they are good domain names ending in .com. You see, when you own a good domain name that ends in .com only (not .net, or .org, or .co) and the domain name matches what a consumer types into Google, your #1 on Google and you DON’T HAVE TO PAY GOOGLE or an SEO firm. EVER.
Let\'s test this out...
Say you are looking for a trial attorney in Bellevue, Washington. What will you type into Google? “Bellevue trial attorneys”.
Go ahead and do it and see who is #1.
What if you are looking to get your home pressure washed? You live in Seattle right? What would you type in? “Seattle pressure washing”. Go ahead and see who is #1.
What if you live in Bellevue and want your home pressure washed?. Go and Google \"Bellevue pressure washing\" and press enter. In just two days it\'s gone from page 2328, to #1.
Go and type in \"Bellevue trial attorney\" and press enter. You will see www.bellevuetrialattorney.com is #1. Notice the one without the (s) ranks too.
I think you get the idea.
The sad thing about domains is that most of them are not owned by the people that need them, but by ad sense guys making money off of this concept.
It\'s too bad too because most businesses don\'t own a good domain name and they are stuck with paying either Google for \"pay per clicks\" and or a Search Engine Optimization firm for second or third page. Most businesses are only now understanding about domain names and what they do. Most businesses are only now understanding that they need that #1 or #2 or #3 spot on the first page to get business. They can only \"dream\" of first page, let alone #1. They have been lied to so many times by the very people that may be reading this very ad and or you may have sold SEO services or directories that did little for them because your boss was on your case to make sales, but these poor businesses have tried directories, and ad sense, and a SEO firm and have spent $1000\'s of dollars FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET. Ad sense DOES work, but only 12% or less click on those ads.
If you just started in business today, your IT guy would tell you that a domain name is EVERYTHING. They would then begin to look for good ones, but they would find out that all of them were gone in the early 90’s. All gone. They then will tell you that you have to pay Google to get placement. I can tell you from experience that Google charges A LOT OF MONEY for first page. They would spend 1000’s in a month in high competitive industries. Attorneys in San Fran are shelling out 8-15K a month just to compete. THAT\'S ALL ABOUT TO CHANGE...
So basically I was one of these guys that got all of the good names way back when and I have been selling them off one at a time ever since. Sometimes I sell them in chunks to investors and other times I just dump 5-10 a month when I need the cash. I needed some help in 06 so there was this kid at church that lost his job about five years ago. I befriended him and invited him over, trained him, and cut him loose with 25 domain names.
He sold around seven right away to family and friends and made around $8900.00 in commissions.
Ever since, he has been emailing out using some sort of program where he can specifically pick out email addresses from the first 5-10 pages of results for \"Orlando Divorce attorneys\" for instance, and then he has another program that send out the email to each Orlando Divorce Attorney and he is able to sell names that way. He managed somehow to get them to \"stick\" on Google. Sometimes he does cold calling for sales and that way he is making about two a week on average. I was talking with Brian (the kid that helps me sell) and we figured out that are our current pace, it would take us about 22 years to sell all of our names.
I pride myself in NOT having to wear a suit and tie, and NOT having an office space, employees, stress, problems, etc but after realizing this truth I have decided to speed up the process and get some help.
I will make more money, and those helping me will make a good living doing something fun for once, and we can have a blast doing it AND the client actually needs what we are selling. When you sell stuff they \"need\" it kind of makes you feel good. Since I don’t want employees, I am offering the positing of INTERNET ADVERTISING C0NSULTANT. You will work as a private contractor.
I will pay you 15% of every name you sell and the best part is that you don’t have to do any paperwork because you can email me the leads and I will close them for you. My guy cold calls and or sends out targeted emails depending on the domain name to get leads. I don’t really care how you get the leads, but once you get a lead on a domain name, forward it to me and I will close it for you, do the paperwork, take care of the incoming wire, and as soon as that wire hits I will CUT YOU A CHECK FOR 15%!!!
Even if you don\'t want to work for me, or work with me, you may know of three or four people that would want and need a good domain name that would get them #1 on Google. Family of friends that want that coveted first page. If they are an attorney, realtor, plastic surgeon, and or a mortgage dude or a contractor then you\'re in business because that\'s what I have mostly is names that cover those industries.
Just email me back and let me know what city, state, and industry you need and I will send you what I have. You and your client can verify I own the name by doing a whois Search on Google.
I do know one thing. I have all of the good names that produce #1 results and businesses need them. Anyone that pays Google for placement will buy the name on the spot. The thought of getting all of that traffic by being #1 or #2 on Google is an easy sell.
Sometimes you have to educate people on the importance of a name because many business owners don’t know or have a clue about how domain names work. They have been \"programmed by SEO dudes\". This is the case about 40% of the time. To counteract this, I have been making websites for each one of my domain names and letting them spider up on Google so that it will be an easy sale for you because the client can \"see them\" at #1.
With some education on how Google works, you can easily sell these all day long and I have names in every single state.
One good domain name can take a nobody business and when they are #1 on Google make them instant successes.
SEO guys HATE me because they thrive on helping consumers get on that first page.
Since there is never no face to face with the customers, no need to worry about appearances. You may have a full time sales position right now, and just want to do this part time, or maybe even just move three or four names to family or friends or to yourself, and that\'s ok too.
Remember that most of these names have sold, on average around 10-23K each, but I have always sold mine for 3-8K each. It\'s dirt cheap especially when you take into consideration the fact that if they paid a SEO firm and or Google to get on the first page, it is very expensive and the domain name would most likely pay for itself inside of a month.
SO I am looking for my geeks. My kids. You must have the following or please do not apply:
• Aggressive prospecting skills a must
• Successful track record of B2B sales experience
• Must be a self starter and highly self disciplined
• Superior organization skills with attention to detail
• Results/goal oriented
• Competitive
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
.
You must also know and learn how to get leads, find interested people, and make contact either by email or phone or fax. I am not concerned with how you do it.
You may have experience with code, and can write an email extracting software that gets emails and send them out to selected leads based on the domain name, or you may have a zillion business contacts you can hit up one by one. I don’t care as long as you’re moving my inventory.
You may have coding experience, can email 400 people with a stroke of a key, and make zillions doing this.
Please email back with a resume, and most importantly, a one pager on why I should consider you for this opportunity.
